Specialist in data protection, contract law and medical law. She has been associated with SQUARE since 2016.
She provides comprehensive legal advice on data protection law. She audits the activities of businesses to meet the requirements of RODO and national regulations, and then implements solutions to ensure the organisation’s compliance in this area.
Serves as Data Protection Inspector and Data Protection Coordinator. Assists with internal record keeping, including handling requests and demands. Successfully represents clients in proceedings before the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Provides interdisciplinary legal advice to entrepreneurs as part of ongoing business activities. In addition to providing legal advice, she also deals with contract analysis, drafting of corporate acts, including in the areas of compliance, whistleblower protection and labour law. She supports clients in negotiations and represents them before external institutions and counterparties. She monitors the compliance of conducted and planned activities with applicable regulations, with particular focus on entities in the IT, e-commerce and medical sectors.
She regularly conducts trainings and is the author of publications in industry magazines on personal data protection. She is a speaker at the Polish Congress on Personal Data Protection Law (2022).
