In the course of several years of professional practice, she has represented contractors and ordering parties in hundreds of appeal proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber, including proceedings concerning the largest infrastructure investments in the country, contracts for the collection and management of municipal waste municipalities, design work and supervision of construction works, security services, cleaning services, IT services and supplies, defence procurement. He advises clients both at the stage of applying for a contract and at the stage of executing a contract concluded under the public procurement regime (including contracts based on FIDIC templates).

Conducts audits of entrepreneurs’ activities in terms of compliance with the requirements of environmental law in the broad sense. Represents clients in inspection proceedings, including in particular those conducted by the WIOŚ. Supports clients in obtaining environmental decisions, integrated permits and sectoral decisions, including for entities operating municipal installations (formerly: RIPOK). Successfully conducts administrative proceedings concerning the imposition of penalties for the infringement of regulations related to environmental protection.

Member of the Polish Association of Public Procurement Consultants and the Association of Public Procurement Law. Trainer and lecturer. Author of a number of publications in the trade press on public procurement and waste management.
