Conducts pre-acquisition due diligence processes of companies to present the risks associated with a transaction. He advises clients on real estate transactions, including auditing the legal status of a property prior to its acquisition.
Grzegorz also has extensive experience in the area of personal data. He is the author of studies in this area and has had the pleasure of conducting numerous training courses at various levels.
He is also a regular guest of Radio Wrocław during a cyclical programme in which he brings the issue of personal data and its protection closer to the listeners.
He advises both contracting authorities and contractors on personal data protection. He has also represented them many times before the National Appeal Chamber.
Likes to play. On the guitar, playing football and chess – a bit of each. He listens to the Beatles without restraint. When choosing between the mountains and the sea, he chooses both – preferably next to each other, in Italy.
